Turkey Hot Pot Recipe

1 can of “cream of chicken” soup
1 pack of assorted veggies
1 can of biscuits; crumbled
2 c of turkey; cooked & cubed
Parsley; chopped
Water

Preheat the oven up to 350 degrees F.

Combine the cooked turkey with mixed vegetables and soup in a casserole dish. Mix the soup well. Add water according to desired thickness. Cover and cook in the oven for approximately 10-15 minutes.

When done, take the casserole out of the oven. Remove the cover and sprinkle the soup with biscuits. Increase the temperature of the oven to 400 degrees F.

Cook uncovered for approximately 10 minutes (or ’til biscuits are golden). Take it out of the oven. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and a dash of black pepper prior to serving.
