Tuna, Asparagus and Mushroom Delight Recipe
Asparagus broth
Mushroom broth
1 canned fish tuna
1 cup of Cheddar cheese; grated
1 canned of mushrooms; sliced
1 can of “cream of mushroom” soup
1 can of asparagus
8 oz of egg noodles
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, combine the cream of mushroom soup, tuna, sliced mushrooms, half a can of asparagus, half a cup of grated cheese; as well as half of the liquid from drained asparagus and mushroom altogether in one large bowl. Mix it well.
Preheat the oven up to 350 degrees F.
Transfer the egg noodles into an oiled casserole. Pour the mixture over the noodles. Mix it well and sprinkle with whatever is left of the asparagus and cheese. Bake it for 40-45 minutes.
