Stewed Beef Recipe
1.5 lbs of stew beef; sliced
1 box of frozen mixed vegetables (small)
1 to 3 potatoes; peeled & cubed
1 envelope of soup (dry onion)
1 can of tomatoes; diced
1 canned ginger ale
Preheat the oven up to 400 degrees F. Combine meat, ginger ale, dry onion soup, mixed vegetables, tomatoes (optional), and potatoes altogether into a roaster (covered). Mix it thoroughly; and then cook for about 1.5 hours. Serve hot.
