Spaghetti and Cheese Casserole Recipe

1/2 c of milk
1 jar of Cheese whiz (8 oz)
1 pack of spaghetti (7 oz); broken into 3 equal parts, cooked & strained
2 Tbsps of margarine
1 c of chicken (or turkey); chopped
1 can of mushrooms (4 oz); drained
1/4 tsp of sage
1/4 tsp of salt
2 Tbsps of pimento; chopped
10 oz of broccoli florets; blanched

Preheat the oven up to 350 degrees F.

Mix Cheeze Whiz with milk in a large bowl. Whisk ’til smooth. In a separate large bowl, toss the freshly-cooked spaghetti with softened margarine.

Add this to the Cheeze Whiz and milk mixsture and toss well ’til pasta is evenly coated.

Transfer the cheese and spaghetti mixture into a two-quart casserole. Bake it (covered) for approximately 30-35 minutes. Remove from the oven. Stir it lightly prior to serving
