Sausage and Noodle Casserole Recipe

Veggie oil
1/2 tsp of oregano
1 pkg of noodles (8 oz)
1 canned tomato sauce
3 American cheese slices; crumbled
Parmesan cheese; shredded or grated
1 lb of bulk sausage

Place a medium-sized skillet with veggie oil over medium heat. When the oil is hot, toss in the sausages. Cook ’til brown, and crisp. Drain the oil, and set aside.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven up to 350 degrees F.

Cook the egg noodles as stated in the package instructions. Drain. In an oiled casserole, form a bed made up of 2/3 of the noodles. Top it with the sausages; and then sprinkle it with oregano.

Afterward, top the sausage with crumbled American cheese. Pour the tomato sauce on top of the sausage. Cover it with the remaining 1/3 of the noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cook it in the oven covered for 25 minutes.
