Quick & Easy Taco Stew Recipe

2 cloves of garlic; crushed
1 canned corn kernels (Nibblets); undrained
1 lb of hamburger
1 pack of taco seasoning
Cheddar (or Parmesan) cheese; shredded
1 onion (medium); chopped
1 Tbsp margarine
2 cans of tomato juice (12 oz)
2 cans of kidney beans (red, 15 oz); undrained

Place a medium-sized skillet with margarine over medium heat. When the margarine melts, toss in the garlic and onions.

Once the garlic turns light brown and the onion becomes transparent, add in the beef and saute.

Drain the fat. Toss this into the crockpot together with tomato juice, kidney beans (with broth), corn (with broth), and taco seasoning (from the kit); and cook for 5.5 hours on high heat.

Once cooked, serve it over crumbled taco shells, and sprinkle with cheese.
