Potato Pizza Recipe
1.5 c of water
1 canned tomatoes (16 oz)
1 pkg of pepperoni (4 oz); sliced
1 pkg of potatoes; scalloped
1 pkg of cheese (Mozzarella, 4 oz); shredded
1/4 tsp of oregano leaves
Place the scalloped potatoes together with its seasoning mix into a casserole (2 quarts). Mix it well. Set aside.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven up to 400 degrees F.
Boil water in a medium-sized saucepan. Add in the tomatoes and oregano. Stir ’til blended well. Simmer uncovered for about 7-10 minutes while stirring constantly.
Pour the mixture over the potatoes. Top it with sliced pepperoni. Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella. Bake it for half an hour, uncovered.
