Meatloaf Supreme Recipe
3/4 pound of beef; ground
1/2 c of milk
1/2 tsp of salt
1 fresh onion; minced
1/2 c of oatmeal
1 canned veggie soup (chicken or beef)
1 egg; well-beaten
A dash of pepper
Place the soup (chicken or beef vegetable) in a blender or food processor. Set aside.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven up to 350 degrees F. Combine the soup, ground beef, oatmeal, milk, chopped onions, salt, pepper, and beaten eggs altogether in a baking dish. Mix it well. Bake uncovered for an hour. Serve as sandwich filling.
