East and West Dinner Recipe

2 cloves of garlic; crushed
1 onion (medium); chopped
1 Tbsp of veggie oil
4 package of noodles (ramen)
1 lb of turkey; ground
1 lb pkg of veggies (frozen); mixed
1 Tbsp margarine

Place a medium-sized skillet with margarine over medium heat. When the margarine melts, toss in the garlic and onions. Once the garlic turns light brown and the onion becomes transparent, add in the turkey. Saute ’til light brown. Turn off the heat. Set aside.

Meanwhile, blanch the mixed vegetables. Drain it well, and set aside. Then, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.

Drain well. Add the vegetable oil to the noodles, together with the 2 sachets of seasoning; and toss it well over low heat for about 5 minutes.

Place the skillet with turkey over low heat. Add in the blanched veggies together with the remaining 2 seasoning sachets. Mix it well. Remove from the heat. Add the turkey mix to the noodles, and toss very well ’til the noodles are evenly coated.
