Double-delight Peanut Butter Bites Recipe

1 pc of Egg; beaten
1 C of Peanut Butter
1 C of Sugar

Warm the peanut butter inside a microwave-safe bowl on low heat. Stir often ’til it melts. This usually takes about 1-2 minutes. Remove it from the microwave.

Preheat the oven up to 350 degrees F.

Stir sugar and egg in the melted peanut butter. Mix ’til blended well. Mold the mixture into one-inch balls. Lay on a greased cookie sheet. Gently flatten it (using a fork).

Bake the cookies ’til lightly golden (approximately 8-10 minutes). Best served with hot brewed coffee.
