Creamy Pork Chops Recipe
Garlic; crushed
Paprika
2 Tbsps of butter
2 scallions; sliced
1/2 lb of mushrooms; quartered
1 Tbsp of flour
1/4 c of dry sherry
1/2 c of chicken broth
1/8 c of heavy cream
4 pork chops
Place a large skillet with butter over medium-high heat. When the butter melts, toss in the garlic and onions.
Once the garlic turns light brown and the onion becomes transparent, saute the pork chops. Add a dash of paprika, and then stir in the flour. Stir well ’til the flour is sopped up.
Afterward, pour in the sherry vinegar and chicken broth; and stir well ’til thoroughly mixed. Cook the pork ’til tender and golden. Add in the cream.
Let it boil over high heat, uncovered. Reduce the heat. Stir constantly and simmer uncovered ’til smooth
