Creamy Onion and Mushroom Chicken Recipe
2/3 c of French-fried onions
1 c of milk
1 can of “cream of mushroom” soup
2 to 4 pcs of chicken breast fillet
ground black pepper
Place a large skillet with oil over medium heat. When the oil is hot, brown the chicken. Pour in the milk and mushroom soup. Stir well. Reduce heat. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the fried onions. Add a dash of pepper and salt to season.
