Classic Burgundy Beef Recipe
Poppy seeds
Rice or noodles; cooked
1 c of red wine
1 pkg of onion soup mix (dry)
1 can of soup (golden mushroom)
2 pounds of beef; cubed
Preheat the oven up to 350 degrees F. Combine the beef, golden mushroom soup, dry onion soup and red wine altogether in a large mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly ’til mixed well.
Transfer it into a casserole dish and place it in the oven for an hour and a half. Once cooked, serve it over pasta or rice; and sprinkle it with poppy seeds
