Chicken in Wine Recipe- Coq Au Vin Recipe
1/3 c of sherry vinegar
10 pcs of onions (white, small)
1 canned soup (cream of mushroom)
1 pc chicken; sliced
1 Tbsp of Veggie Oil
Place a large nonstick skillet with oil over high heat. Once the oil is hot, cook the chicken ’til light brown. It usually takes approximately 3-5 minutes for every side.
When the chicken is cooked, add in the onions. Pour in the sherry vinegar and cream of mushroom soup, as well. Stir the mixture and cover the skillet. Reduce the heat. Let it simmer for about an hour. Then, serve it hot with rice.
