Burger Balls Recipe

1 can of “cream of mushroom” soup
1 pound of beef; ground
2 tsps of Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsps of catsup
Bread stuffing; readied according to package directions

Preheat the oven up to 350 degrees F.

Divide the beef equally into six (6) portions. Press and flatten it into very thin circles to form patties.

Spoon some bread stuffing into each patty and enclose it with the beef to form a sphere. Assemble the beef balls in a baking pan, and set aside.

Meanwhile, combine the soup with the Worcestershire sauce and catsup. Whisk it well ’til smooth. Pour the mixture over the beef balls and bake for an hour. Serve with steamed rice.
