Baked Rice and Raisins Recipe
1/4 c of sugar (white or brown)
1/4 c of milk (canned or powdered)
1/2 c of Raisins
1 c of rice; precooked
1 tsp of vanilla
2 eggs
Preheat the oven up to 325 degrees F.
Place the cooked rice into a large mixing bowl. Combine the milk, raisins, vanilla, beaten eggs, and brown sugar in a smaller bowl and whisk well ’til smooth.
Pour this over cooked rice and mix well. Transfer the rice mixture into a baking dish. Cover with foil. Cook in the oven for about half an hour (or once the knife comes out clean after piercing it through).
