Beef Roll Recipe
1/3 c of bread crumbs (dry)
1/2 c of onions; sauteed & sliced
1 pc egg; well-beaten
1 lb of beef; ground
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
1.5 tsps of salt
2 Tbsps of catsup
3 c of cabbage; shredded & cooked
Preheat the oven up to 350 degrees F. Smear some oil to a baking dish (shallow).
Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, egg, Worcestershire sauce, crumbs, and catsup; and then stir well.
Equally distribute the beef into two (2) waxed paper sheets. Roll it out into an oval about half an inch thick. Top it with cabbage and roll it like you would a burrito. Place it in the baking dish and cook for about 40-45 minutes.
Remove from the heat and cut into two. May be served with mushroom soup.
