Beef and Gravy Casserole Recipe
1/4 tsp of meat tenderizer
1 lb of hamburger
1 Tbsp of ketchup
1 onion (small); minced
2 pcs of bay leaf
2 c of water
2 beef cubes (bouillon)
2 Tbsps of flour
1/4 tsp of Gravy Master
2 cloves of garlic; crushed
1 Tbsp of margarine
Place a medium-sized skillet with margarine over medium heat. When the margarine melts, toss in the garlic and onions.
Once the garlic turns light brown and the onion becomes transparent, add in the meat and saute. Afterward, add a dash of meat tenderizer. Stir constantly ’til beef is light brown.
Add in the flour; and then stir well. Gradually pour in water, followed by the bouillon and gravy master. Stir well. Reduce the heat. Let it simmer covered for half an hour.
