Baked Tuna and Veggie Casserole Recipe
1 can of tuna (regular)
1 pack of assorted veggies
1 can of “cream of mushroom” soup
1/2 bag egg noodles
1 onion; chopped
2 garlic gloves; chopped
Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp margarine
Cook the egg noodles a stated in the package instructions. Drain, and set aside in a casserole dish.
Meanwhile, place a medium-sized skillet with margarine over medium heat. When the margarine melts, toss in the garlic and onions. Once the garlic turns light brown and the onion becomes transparent, saute the tuna and mixed vegetables.
Pour in the mushroom soup, and stir well. Bring to a simmer for about 5-7 minutes over low heat while stirring constantly. Remove from the heat.
Prehat the oven up to 350 degrees F.
Pour the tuna mixture in the casserole with noodles. Toss well and top with Parmesan cheese. Cover the casserole. Cook the mixture in the oven for about 20 minutes.
