Baked Macaroni with Eggs and Ham Recipe

6 eggs
1/4 c of milk
1 1/4 c of ham (or turkey); sliced
1/2 c of Parmesan cheese; shredded
Salt & pepper
Elbow macaroni

Cook macaroni as stated in the package instructions. Drain and set aside in a casserole.

Meanwhile, whisk eggs and milk in a medium-sized bowl. Toss in 1/4 cup of the grated Parmesan together with a dash of salt and pepper. Beat well.

Preheat the oven up to 350 degrees F.

Pour the egg mixture into the casserole with macaroni. Toss in one cup of the ham. Mix well. Top it with the remaining 1/4 diced ham, together with the remaining 1/4 of the grated Parmesan.

Garnish it with a a sprig of parsley. Cover the casserole and bake for about an hour (depending on the size of the casserole). Take off the lid in the last 5 minutes of baking to allow the surface to brown a little.
