Baked Macaroni Supreme Recipe

Garlic; crushed
A sprig of parsley
1/2 margarine stick
1 onion (small); minced
1 green bell pepper (small, green); chopped
1 canned of tomato soup
2 c of macaroni (dry); cooked & drained
2 American cheese slices (American); sliced into 1/2 diagonally
Parmesan cheese; grated

Cook the macaroni as stated in the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, place a large pot with margarine over medium heat. When the margarine melts, toss in the garlic and onions.

Once the garlic turns light brown and the onion becomes transparent, add in the green bell pepper. Add a dash of salt and pepper. Saute ’til tender. Reduce to low heat.

Preheat oven up to 350 degrees F.

Pour the macaroni into the pot with veggies and mix well. Pour in the tomato soup, and then stir well to coat macaroni evenly. Remove from heat and transfer to a greased casserole.

Decoratively top the macaroni with American cheese; and bake for 15 minutes (’til cheese melts). May garnish with grated Parmesan and a sprig of parsley prior to serving.
