Baked Beef and Beans Recipe
1/3 cup of green bell pepper; chopped
1/4 cup of green and red bell pepper rings
1/2 cup of onions; chopped
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 lb of beef ; ground
1 can of pork & beans (Campbell, 20 3/4 oz)
1 pound of chilli powder
2 cups of Cheddar cheese; shredded or grated
3 cups of elbow macaroni; cooked
Preheat the oven up to 400 degrees F.
Place a nonstick skillet with veggie oil over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, saute the ground beef, chili powder, chopped onions, and chopped green pepper. Stir constantly ’til the beef is tender.
Add in the pork and beans followed by elbow macaroni, milk and shredded (or grated) Cheddar.
Pour the mixture into a two-quart casserole. Place it in the oven for half an hour. Stir lightly. Top with green bell pepper rings prior to serving.
